For Danish Climate Tech Startups Looking to Scale, Commercialize, and Explore the U.S. Market.

In partnership with the Danish Industry Foundation

Climate Tech Catalyzer, powered by Denmark’s leading economic development organization, Industriens Fond, the Climate Tech Catalyzer is the premier opportunity for Danish climate tech startups to develop their commercialization strategy and explore the US market.

During the intensive 5-week program, up to 10 Danish startups (Pre-Seed to Series B) engage with the ‘Dreams & Details’ framework, our proprietary leadership and strategy method. Developed by two of our Founding Partners, Jim Hagemann Snabe (Chair, Siemens & Northvolt) and Mikael Trolle (CEO, Idonea Group), this framework, combined with our advisory services, will help you craft a compelling ‘stakeholder story’ and a robust strategy.

The program consists of strategy workshops facilitated by industry leaders, tailored 1:1 meetings with U.S. investors, mentors, and potential customers, pitch practice with experts, and capital investment opportunities through a high-profile Showcase in New York City.

If U.S. expansion is in your roadmap over the next year, there is no better way to accelerate your market entry and networking.

Take your business to the next level

Testimonials

Empower Your Vision with a Proven Leadership Model

Experience the transformative power of the ‘Dreams & Details’ strategy framework, developed by our Founding Partners Jim Hagemann Snabe (former Chair of Maersk; Chair of Siemens & Northvolt) and Mikael Trolle (former Danish National Volleyball Coach). This framework equips leaders with essential tools and a unique ‘Strategy Map’ to define ambitious dreams and pinpoint the critical details needed for their realization.

Our inspiration to tailor this strategy framework for startups and scaleups stems from Jim’s impactful tenure as Chair of Maersk. During his leadership, the ‘Dreams & Details’ framework served as the blueprint for driving a significant decarbonization initiative. This plan included launching eight container vessels running on carbon-neutral methanol by 2024 and achieving full carbon neutrality by 2040. A testament to this vision, the first vessel, the ‘Laura Maersk’, powered by green methanol, arrived in Copenhagen on September 14, 2023.
