For Danish Climate Tech Startups Looking to Create Global Impact
In partnership with the Danish Industry Foundation
Our Kaplak Climate Tech Catalyzer, powered by Industriens Fond, is THE opportunity for Danish climate tech startups and scaleups to enter the US market.
Over the course of this two-month program, we take up to 10 Danish companies on a deep dive into the ‘Dreams & Details’ framework, our proprietary leadership and strategy method developed and used by senior executives to accelerate decarbonization at several major organizations – including Maersk. This framework, paired with our advisory services, will help you make the jump from founder to CEO, and provide a blueprint for your ‘stakeholder story’ and strategy.
Additionally, you will gain exposure to US investors, access to institutional customers, and engage a global mentor network to help you scale internationally.
And the journey doesn’t end on Demo Day. Upon graduation, our founders are assigned one of our ‘Kaplaks’: global business leaders who support your path to scale with their subject matter expertise, leadership experience, and connectivity to their global networks.
Why you should participate

Use a model developed and used by top Danish leaders
The ‘Dreams & Details’ strategy framework, created by Jim Hagemann Snabe (former Chair, Maersk; Chair, Siemens & Northvolt) and Mikael Trolle (former Danish National Volleyball Coach), provides the tools, as well as a unique ‘Strategy Map’, for our founders to outline their ambitious dream and identify the crucial details required to realize that dream.

Hear from Jim Hagemann Snabe himself how used the ‘Dreams & Details’ framework as a blueprint for launching the decarbonization of Maersk as the company’s chairman.
